I spent 8 years at Neogarment, a premium knitwear factory in Dalang, Dongguan — one of China's top 10 for Jacquard technology. I learned production from the inside: how to optimize cost, how to control quality at every stitch, and what it really takes to turn a sketch into finished goods.

In 2024, I decided to build my own company. But I didn't leave empty-handed.

I sat down with my boss, told him my plan, and got his full support. Neogarment became Senswell's founding manufacturing partner. Which means when a client comes to us for apparel, we're not going to a factory and adding margin — we ARE the factory. They get direct cost.

And when they need anything else — packaging, accessories, hardware — we apply the same factory-first mentality: transparent pricing, AQL 2.5 quality control, and someone who actually answers WeChat within an hour.
